Dear ESCA Members,

As we reflect on another remarkable season, I am thrilled to share the success of our recent Summer Educational Conference held at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. This event stands as a cornerstone in our ongoing efforts to foster growth, innovation, and community among ESCA members.

This year was particularly special as we welcomed over 200 attendees, including many first-timers whose presence enriched our community with fresh perspectives and new energy. Our exceptional speakers delivered inspiring sessions on the future of Artificial Intelligence, the 2024 economic outlook, and the importance of creating positive work environments. The conference emphasized the importance of adaptability, strategic foresight, and a commitment to sustainability as we navigate an exciting and unpredictable future. These sessions aimed to provide valuable insights and motivation to take meaningful action in your professional lives.

The conference would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our sponsors, who helped us create an environment conducive to learning, growth, and vibrant networking opportunities during our activities and evening receptions.

On behalf of the entire ESCA team, I extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you for making this conference a success. We are already looking forward to next year’s conference, which will be held at The Coeur d’Alene Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, from June 29th to July 2nd. Mark your calendars for another unforgettable experience filled with learning, networking, and inspiration.

Best regards,

Julie Kagy
